Our Home Watch & Concierge Services Include:
- Customized inspection checklist for your home’s specific needs
- Regular visual inspections (inside and out) with detailed reports and photo documentation. Let us be your eyes and ears while you’re away. Please note: Your privacy is paramount and your personal information will be held in strict confidence.
- Contractor/vendor liaison
- Emergency contact for security company and fire department
- Make recommendations when routine maintenance is needed (window washing, painting/staining, etc.)
- Prepping home for your arrival
- Closing down your property after you leave
- Seasonal maintenance (clear snow from main pathway in winter and light landscaping maintenance during warm months, both for safety and to give the appearance that someone is home)
- Post storm inspection for both winter storms and summer monsoons (gutter damage, hail and/or wind damage, downed trees, etc.)
- Arrange fire mitigation recommendations from local fire department
- Liaison to Homeowner’s Association

Examples of things we monitor on our regular visits..
- Heating Systems check and change filters as needed
- Electrical (tripped breakers, etc.)
- Security Systems
- Check for frozen pipes and leaks
- Follow up on unusual smells or sounds
- Check for animal infestation and signs of wildlife damage –
rodents, bears, elk, etc.
- Check windows and doors to make sure they are all secured
- Signs of water damage, mold and/or mildew
- Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Gate and garage door check
- Vandalism/misuse of property/squatting
- Check for ice dams
- Check lights and replace bulbs as necessary – interior and exterior
Examples of a la carte and concierge services we can provide:
- Prepping home for your arrival (includes light cleaning/freshen up, changing temp in house, turning down the beds, firing up the hot tub and making sure your grill has propane, just to name a few)
- Closing down your property after you leave (empty fridge of perishables, making sure all windows and doors have been properly secured, overseeing a thorough cleaning so it’s at the ready for your next visit, etc.)
- Some handyman services
- Liaison to Homeowner’s Association
- Monitor well and water systems
- Check that all major appliances are in working order
- Car start and drive
- Check phones & internet
- Monitoring repairs (we can collect repair/service estimates and monitor work)
- Deliver your car to you at the airport upon your arrival for a visit
- Stock refrigerator with your personal requests in advance of a visit
- Act as local contact for security alarm company and fire department
